DELIVERY ADDRESS

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact Makaroot as soon as possible and preferably within 3 days of delivery.

For faster resolution, we may request photographs or videos showing:
